A & M Golf Cart Rentals
Terms and Agreement
1. Rental Agreement
The rental agreement must be signed prior to the rental period.
By signing, the renter agrees to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined herein.
2. Eligibility
Renters must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid drivers license and credit card must be presented at time of rental.
3. Rental Period
The rental period begins at the time specified in the rental agreement and ends at the time specified.
Late returns may incur additional charges at the hourly rate.
4. Payment Terms
Payment in full is required at the time of rental.
Acceptable forms of payment include cash, credit, or debit cards.
A deposit may be required and will be refunded upon the safe return of the golf cart.
5. Use of golf cart
The golf cart is to be used for recreational purpose only and must not exceed the designated number of passengers.
The renter is responsible for the golf cart and must not allow unauthorized individuals to operate it.
The golf cart must not be driven on public roads unless explicitly permitted.
6. Maintenance and Care
The renter agrees to return the golf cart in the same condition as received barring normal wear and tear.
Any damages, accidents, or mechanical failures must be reported to A&M Golf Cart Rentals Immediately.
Renter agrees to return gas carts with a full tank of gas.
7. Insurance and Liability
The rental may include basic insurance coverage; however renters are advised to verify their own insurance coverage.
The renter assumes all liability for any injuries that occur while using the golf cart.
A&M Golf Cart Rentals is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
8. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
Late cancellations may incur a fee.
9. Indemnifications
The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless A&M Golf Cart Rentals from any claims, losses. or damages arising from the use of a golf cart.
10. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Pennsylvania.
11. Acknowledgement
The Renter acknowledges that they have read and understand these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
